At Rosso Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

Return Process

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or damage.

    Provide Documentation

    For damaged goods or equipment defects, please attach clear photos of the item and the original packaging.

    Evaluation

    Our roasting team will review your request to determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement bag immediately.
